While crossing the sea in a boat after a long day of teaching, a huge storm arose, filling the boat with waves while Jesus was asleep. The frightened disciples woke Him, and Jesus spoke to the wind and waves, saying “Peace. Be still,” causing the storm to stop immediately. The disciples were amazed that even nature obeyed Him, and Jesus used the moment to teach them about having faith instead of fear.
