Jesus healed a man with a damaged hand on the Sabbath, demonstrating that He cared more about the man’s well-being than religious traditions. He also healed a centurion’s servant by simply speaking a word, amazed by the centurion’s faith in His authority. Finally, Jesus raised the daughter of Jairus from the dead, telling the grieving father to “only believe” despite the laughter of the crowd.
