God instructed Joshua and the Israelites to march around Jericho once a day for six days with the Ark of the Covenant. On the seventh day, they marched seven times, the priests blew trumpets, and the people let out a loud shout as commanded. As they obeyed, the walls of the city collapsed, allowing the Israelites to capture Jericho while honoring their promise to rescue Rahab and her family.
