When parents brought their children to Jesus to be blessed, the disciples tried to stop them, thinking it was a waste of His time. Jesus was displeased with His followers and instructed them to let the children come to Him, stating that everyone must accept God’s kingdom like a little child. He took the children in His arms and blessed them, showing that children are precious to God and that we can all receive His love.
